Pathways Early Learning Center: Now Open and Enrolling
Pathways Early Learning Center opened on November 1, 2021 to provide high quality childcare to those who need it the most and can afford it the least: families experiencing homelessness.
Pathways ELC is a licensed childcare center that provides easily accessible childcare to children 8 weeks to 5 years old, free of charge, from their first day of homelessness. ELC teachers are trained in trauma-informed care and design individualized social emotional curriculum for each child to help them build resiliency. Children enjoy a safe, nurturing space where they are free to just be kids and find a respite from the difficult realities of homelessness.
Early Learning Center Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to refer a child.
The opening of the Early Learning Center was made possible thanks to funding from the Alabama Department of Early Childhood Education.
